Harrison Carriage stop
This useful piece of tackle helps to ensure that the saddle is in a particular position, for all sorts of operations, such as parting, recessing and scribing graduations of different lengths around circumferences. I used it to divide the markings on my rotary table.
I managed to pick this one up at an autojumble - it was rusty and seized, but cleaned and painted up a treat!
